No for AI and same-device games. Nearby multiplayer communicates over your local network and requires both devices to be connected and available to each other.
Why can’t I find the other device?
Confirm that both devices are on the same local network, that local network access is allowed for Gomoku AI in iOS Settings and that both players have opened nearby multiplayer.
The app won’t start or a game is stuck
Update to the latest version, close and reopen the app, then restart your device if the issue continues.
How do I report a bug?
Email a description of what happened, the steps to reproduce it, your device model and iOS version.
