You can create a local backup and restore it later, or use the optional Google Drive sync. Keep exported backup files in a secure location.
Why did I not receive a bill reminder?
Confirm that notifications are enabled for YouYu in iOS Settings and that the recurring item has an upcoming due date. Focus modes can also delay how notifications appear.
Can I protect access to the app?
Use YouYu’s passcode and Face ID options. Availability depends on your device and its security settings.
How do I remove ads?
You can subscribe to the monthly remove-ads plan from YouYu’s Settings. Ads remain hidden while the subscription is active. Customers who purchased YouYu 1.3 or earlier retain permanent ad-free access.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Use the subscription management option in YouYu or open your Apple Account subscription settings in the App Store. Deleting YouYu does not cancel an active subscription.
How do I report a bug?
Email a description, the steps that caused the issue, your device model and iOS version. Do not include account numbers or other sensitive financial details.
